The Arkansas Conference Board of Ordained Ministry will conduct a “Do No Harm” workshop on Friday, March 2 and Saturday, March 3.  This fulfills the quadrennial sexual harassment/sexual misconduct education requirement mandated by the Discipline.  Attendance by all full time and part time clergy is mandatory.  Lay staff may attend as well.

During the day attendees will be broken into facilitated sessions that will address many issues that are faced in our churches. 

The workshop will be hosted by Cabot UMC and Springdale FUMC on both dates.  You will need to register to attend at either site for one day only.  The schedule begins at 9am and will end at 4pm.  Child care will be provided at Cabot Friday and Saturday but only Saturday at Springdale FUMC.

1:30 – Session Three

2:30 – Session Four

3:30 – Evaluations

Registration can be found online at www.arumc.org.  Type in Do No Harm  in the “search” area to get all the details and register from there.  The registration can also be found on the quick link “online event registration.”  There will be a $15 registration fee to defray costs.  For those who cannot attend one of these dates there will be make-up dates to be announced later.  Even if you cannot attend in March, please complete the registration on the website and mark the day you prefer to make up the workshop.  We must hear from each pastor so that regional make up days can be set.
